SOFTBALL FALLS IN SECTIONAL

The Plymouth Softball team opened and closed their post season Monday night at Penn High School.  They fell in their opening game to South Bend Adams 10 – 0 in five innings. ROCKPILE FIELD TURF PROJECT TO START SOON

The field turf project on The Rockpile will begin in early June as summer vacation begins next week for all PCSC students.  The new synthetic field known as Cross Flex, will be ready for use by the PHS Band and the Plymouth Rockies Football team in August, 2017. The Cross Flex field will be able

2017 IHSAA SOFTBALL SECTIONAL

The 2017 IHSAA Softball Sectionals will get underway tonight around the State of Indiana.  The Lady Pilgrims participate in the Penn Sectional. They were the first ping pong ball drawn from the hopper so they will play Game One tonight in the six team tourney.  They will face off against the South Bend Adams Eagles. 

JV SOFTBALL WINS

The Lady Pilgrim JV Softball team won the firs game of the Wawasee Tourney Saturday 9 – 5 over the Glenn Falcons.  The championship game was washed out. Grace Allmon and Josie Koontz struck out seven Glenn batters on their way to victory.  The win ends the JV season with a 2 – 19 –

The varsity softball game vs CMA and the C-Team Baseball game vs. Mishawaka have been cancelled for tonight.  Games will not be rescheduled.

MACKENZIE DERIFIELD SIGNS WITH ANCILLA SOFTBALL

Mackenzie Derifield, a member of the 2017 Class of Plymouth High School, has decided to continue her education and softball career at Ancilla College. Mackenzie is the daughter of Wally and Darlene Derifield. Mackenzie plans to major in Early Childhood Education.  After finishing her 2-year degree at Ancilla, she would like to continue on and

SOFTBALL DROPS FINAL NLC GAME

The Lady Pilgrim softball team fell to Northridge 16 – 1 in their final NLC contest of the year.  Zoe Keilman took the loss striking out six on the evening.  Audrey Himes and Shayla Noble has extra base hits for the Pilgrims.  They finish their regular season Friday night hosting CGA at 5:00.

SENIOR RACHEL CRAWFORD COMMITS TO IUPUI

2017 PHS Class Member Rachel Crawford has committed the next four years of her student/athlete life to IUPUI in Indianapolis.  She plans to run cross country and track for the Jaguars. BREMEN SOFTBALL THROWS PERFECT GAME AT PILGRIMS

Bremen pitcher Shannon Arndt threw a perfect game at the Pilgrim hitters Tuesday night at Bremen.  The final score was 12 – 0.  Zoe Keilman took the loss for the Pilgrims as the defense behind her committed five errors.  The loss drops the Pilgrims to 4 – 22 on the year.  Tonight the Lady Pilgrims
