FINAL NLC STANDINGS FOR 2016-2017 ATHLETIC SEASON

The final NLC Standings have been tabulated for the 2016-2017 athletic season.  The Plymouth girls finished in a tie for 4th place overall with Northwood scoring 67 points.  The Plymouth boys finished in 6th place overall scoring 84 points. Plymouth High School junior Nate Patterson won the IHSAA State Track meet high jump Friday afternoon in Bloomington on the campus of Indiana University.  Nate cleared 6′ 10″.  He passed on jumping 6″ 11″ and went right on to 7′ 0″.  Nate failed in his three attempts but still outdistanced the competition to win the

PHS ATHLETES, TEAMS PARTICIPATE IN UPCOMING IHSAA EVENTS

Even though school is out, Plymouth athletes are still competing in state tournaments sponsored by the IHSAA this week. BOY’S TRACK COMPETES AT IHSAA REGIONAL

The PHS Boy’s Track team competed at the IHSAA Regional at Kokomo Thursday night.  Junior Nate Patterson qualified to travel to the State Finals at Bloomington next Friday.  He won the high jump competition with a jump of 6’10”. ROCKPILE FIELD TURF PROJECT TO START SOON

TRACK WINS IHSAA SECTIONAL

The Plymouth boy’s track team traveled to Bremen Thursday evening to compete in the IHSAA Sectional.  The Boys of Barron came home victorious winning the sectional with 114 points.  Culver Academies finished second with 95 points.
