FORMER PLYMOUTH ATHLETE, COACH, FRED KEHOE DIES

1946 PHS graduate Fred Kehoe died last week in Muncie, IN.  Fred participated in football, basketball, and track/field for the Pilgrims.  His head coach in all three sports was Art Thomas. NLC ALL-SPORTS TALLY AT THE CONCLUSION OF WINTER SPORTS

The winter sport season has ended for NLC competition.  On the girl’s side of the ledger, the Northridge Raiders took a commanding lead with their championships in basketball and swimming.  They now lead second place Warsaw by 10 points and third place Concord by 17 points. LADY PILGRIMS FALL IN SECTIONAL OPENER

The Plymouth Lady Pilgrims fought hard Wednesday night at LaPorte but fell short in their effort.  The final score was 51-39. The Pilgrims trailed 21-14 at halftime before mounting a comeback in the third quarter.  The Pilgrims outscored LaPorte 12-5 in the third quarter to tie things up at 26-26 heading into the deciding final

9TH LADY PILGRIMS FINISH SEASON WITH “W”

The freshmen Lady Pilgrim basketball team finished their season Monday night traveling to South Bend Adams.  They won a tight contest over the Lady Eagles 32-30. 9TH PILGRIMS WIN NLC TOURNEY

The Plymouth Lady Pilgrim freshmen basketball team traveled to Warsaw Saturday to participate in the NLC Tourney.  They defeated Elkhart Memorial in game on 28-16, and beat the host Tigers in game two 26-13. Erin Renneker and Anna Bush scored nine and eight points respectively in game one.  Renneker came back with 15 points in

FROSH LADY PILGRIMS FALL IN FINAL HOME GAME

The freshmen Lady Pilgrim finished their season Thursday night at The Rock falling to visiting Northridge 43-36.  It was the only loss on the season for the young Pilgrims. They are 16-1 record. The Pilgrims were lead by Audie Plothow with 12 points.  Erin Renneker added nine points while teammate Sydni Weir added six points. 

LADY PILGRIMS FINISH REGULAR SEASON

The Plymouth Lady Pilgrim finished up the regular season last night hosting Northridge.  The Raiders came into last night’s contest with only one loss and a top 10 ranking around the state in 4A.  Northridge defeated the Pilgrims 55-30.
