IHSAA WRESTLING SEMI-STATE UPDATE

Because of the weather over the weekend in northwest Indiana, the IHSAA and East Chicago Central High School has announced a change in the start time for Saturday’s Wrestling Semi-State.  The changes include: 9:00 AM – Doors Open for Wrestlers and Coaches 10:00-10:30 AM – Wrestlers weigh-in 11:00 AM – Doors Open for Spectators 12:00

FRESHMEN PILGRIMS FALL IN NLC TOURNEY

The Plymouth Pilgrim Freshmen Basketball team participated in the first round of the NLC tourney Thursday evening at Warsaw.  The Pilgrims fell to the Tigers 46-28. PILGRIM GYMNASTICS PARTICIPATES AT WARSAW

The Plymouth Pilgrim Gymnastics team participated in a 3-way meet at Warsaw Wednesday night.  Logansport won the meet scoring 102.1 points, Warsaw finished second with a score of 100.85 points, and the Pilgrims finished third with a score of 97.6. PILGRIMS TRAVEL TO WARSAW FRIDAY – PLAYING FOR NLC CHAMPIONSHIP

The Pilgrim Men’s swim team traveled to Knox Wednesday night to take on North Judson and the host Redskins.  The Pilgrims defeated Judson 85-6 while also taking down Knox 69-32. NEXT UP FOR ROCKIE WRESTLERS…IHSAA SEMI-STATE

The next step down the road for our Plymouth Rockie Wrestlers is the IHSAA Semi-State.  It will be held at East Chicago Central High School on Saturday.  Wrestling begins at 10:00 AM EST. 9TH BOYS BASKETBALL KNOCKS OFF LA PORTE

The freshmen boy’s basketball team traveled to snowy LaPorte Monday night to take on the Slicers.  The Pilgrims came home with a victory 42-34. Fan Bus To Boys Basketball Game vs. Warsaw — Friday, February 9th

This Friday, there will be a fan bus going to Warsaw for the boys basketball game against the Tigers.  The Pilgrims are in a 4-way tie for 1st place in the conference along with Warsaw, Northridge, and Elkhart Memorial. Cost to ride the fan bus is $1.  You will need to sign up in the

IHSAA REGIONAL ROCKIE WRESTLING RESULTS

The Plymouth Rockie Wrestlers participated in the IHSAA Regional Saturday at Penn High School.  13 different teams scored on the day with the Rockies finishing in 5th place scoring 88 points.  Penn won the competition scoring 184 points. IHSAA GIRLS SWIM/DIVE SECTIONAL RESULTS

On Saturday the Plymouth Girl’s Swimming/Diving team participated in the Warsaw IHSAA Sectional.  12 teams participated in the sectional and the Pilgrims finished in the middle of the pack in 6th place.  As a team, they scored 154 points.  Warsaw won the sectional with a score of 396 points.
