TENNIS WEATHERED OUT SATURDAY; PLAYS INDOORS

PLYMOUTH GOLF OPENS SEASON

The Plymouth Golf team was finally able to open their season Saturday under less than ideal conditions.  The JV squad played at the Rochester Invitational.  The team finished 6th in the 10 team field shooting a 409.  Freshman Owen Yoder lead the Pilgrims with a 95.  Tristen Moyer was next with a 108. SOFTBALL DROPS CONTEST TO TIPPY VALLEY

The Lady Pilgrim Softball team hosted Tippecanoe Valley Friday night in Centennial Park.  The Pilgrims fell 7-4. The Pilgrims fell behind 3-0 after 4 1/2 innings but battled back to tie it with two runs in the fifth inning and one run in the sixth inning.  Valley rallied with four runs in the 7th inning. 

PILGRIM LADY TENNIS DOWNS LADY EAGLES

The Plymouth Lady Pilgrim Tennis team moved their record to 3-0 in the young season with a win at CGA Friday.  They defeated the Lady Eagles 3-2. Winning at singles were Cortni Cook (6-4, 6-4) and Kyla Heckaman (6-2, 6-3).  The lone doubles win came at #1 with McKenzie Scheetz/Leah Smith winning (6-3, 6-0). The

PHS CHEERLEADER TRY-OUTS

Plymouth High School Athletics will be hosting Cheerleader Try-outs for the 2018-2019 seasons on 4/18/18 and 4/19/18.  It will take place in the PHS Multi-Purpose Room starting at 7:30 each night. Appropriate attire would include t-shirt, shorts, and gym shoes. Skill emphasis will include chants, jumps, dance, tumbling, and school spirit.

PILGRIM TRACK SPLITS NLC MEETS

The Plymouth Pilgrim Boy’s Track team opened their outdoor season Thursday night at The Rockpile hosting Concord and Wawasee.  The Pilgrims topped Wawasee 95-46 but fell to Concord 80-61.
