ROCKIE WRESTLERS PICK UP HUGE NLC VICTORY

The Plymouth Rockie Wrestlers started the new year with a big NLC win Tuesday night vs Elkhart Memorial.  The final score was 31-30. After the Rockies fell at 106 lbs, they trailed 30-25 with two matches remaining.  They had to win both matches to pick up the NLC victory.  Nate Derifield earned an overtime victory

PILGRIM SWIMMERS PICK UP WINS VS ELKHART MEMORIAL

The Plymouth Pilgrim Swim teams started their new year off with wins against Elkhart Memorial at Elkhart Central Tuesday night.  The girls won 99-83 while the boys were victorious 93-72. 9th BOYS BASKETBALL WINS OVER BERRIES

The Pilgrim Freshmen boy’s basketball team hosted Logansport Monday night at The Rock.  The Pilgrims used a strong 2nd half to down the Berries 37-17. GYMNASTS COMPETE AT VALPO PAIRS COMPETITION

The Plymouth Gymnastics team competed at the Valparaiso Pairs competition on Saturday.  Teams competing included Logansport, Lake Central, Elkhart Central, Valparaiso, and the Pilgrims. The Pilgrims had three pairs compete at the competition.  Kyla Heckaman-Dorothy Karris, Jenna Abberger-Caitlin Davidson, and Elisabeth Sutterby-Topanga Deon represented the Pilgrims. BALES GETS 200TH CAREER WIN

Pilgrim Boy’s Basketball Coach Ryan Bales picked up his 200th career win Saturday night at The Rock.  The Pilgrims downed Tippecanoe Valley 56-50. Bales started his varsity career coaching at Caston during the 2005-2006 season.  He lead the Comets to a 10-11 season.  After one year at Caston, Coach Bales was hired at his hometown

The Plymouth Pilgrims Boy’s Basketball team finished a great weekend earning a 56-50 win over Tippecanoe Valley Saturday night at The Rock.  In the process, Head Coach Ryan Bales picked up his 200th career victory. The Lady Pilgrim Basketball team started 2019 with a win at Elkhart Memorial Saturday afternoon.  The Pilgrims topped the Crimson Chargers 67-38. BOYS FRESHMEN BASKETBALL FALLS TO SOUTH BEND WASHINGTON

The Plymouth Freshmen Boy’s Basketball team hosted South Bend Washington Saturday morning at The Rock.  The Pilgrims fell in a game they lead throughout much of 32-30. Logan Walters lead the Pilgrims with nine points.  David Schadek and Tanner Feece each added six points.  The defensive effort was lead by Devante Garcia and Zane Lark.

PILGRIMS DOWN #5 ELKHART MEMORIAL

Elkhart Memorial came in riding a high Friday night at The Rock.  Their record was 7-1 and ranked #5 in the 4A poll.  But the Pilgrims forgot to read the Crimson Charger press clippings as they took down Memorial 61-57 in overtime.
