PILGRIM GIRL’S TRACK RESULTS

Tuesday night at the Rockpile, the Lady Pilgrims track team hosted Elkhart Memorial and Warsaw.  The Pilgrims had a split decision as they defeated Elkhart Memorial 78.5 – 53.5 but lost to Warsaw 85-47. The Plymouth golf team hosted Marian and Bremen Tuesday night at the Plymouth Country Club and came away with two victories.  The Pilgrims defeated Marian 165-167.  The also defeated Bremen 165-209. PLYMOUTH TENNIS OPENS NLC PLAY

The Plymouth tennis team opened NLC play Tuesday night at home against Warsaw.  Battling very windy conditions all night, the Pilgrims shutout Warsw 5-0. PILGRIM NETTERS 2ND AT INVITATIONAL

The Plymouth tennis team hosted their eight team Invitational Saturday at Mary Beth Hunter Tennis Complex in Centennial Park.  The Pilgrims finished 2nd behind champion Fairfield scoring 32 points.  Fairfield won with 33 points. PILGRIM GOLFERS 2ND AT GOSHEN INVITE

The Plymouth varsity golfers traveled to Goshen Saturday for their first action of the spring.  They came home runner-up to Northridge with a socre of 321.  Fourteen teams competed in the invite. Senior Ben Schenk shot a 75 to lead the Pilgrims.  Sophomore Micah Calhoun fired a 79 while senior Reis Yoder had an 81.

PILGRIMS SOFTBALL WINS AGAIN!!

The Plymouth softball team won their third game of the week Saturday at Michigan City.  The Pilgrims defeated the Wolves 5-0. Pitcher Hayley Brown had a no-hitter through six innings.  She gave up a couple of hits in the 7th inning but preserved the shutout.  She ended the day with nine K’s and no walks.

PILGRIM SOFTBALL NINE WINS 2ND IN A ROW

The Plymouth softball team won their sencond game in a row Friday night at Tippy Valley.  The Pilgrims defeated the Vikings 24-11. Bailey Hatfield was the starting and winning pitcher for the Pilgrims. Jillian Smith lead the offense with four hits and five RBI’s.  Kristen McNeal also had four hits and three RBI’s. The JV
