PILGRIM BALLERS WIN AT THE CAVE

The Plymouth Pilgrims traveled to the oldest high school gym in Indiana still being used for varsity sports in Mishawaka Saturday night and defeated the Cavemen 61-39.  The win ups the Pilgrims overall record to 12-3.  The win also extends their current winning streak over Mishawaka to 15 games dating back to the 1991-1992 season.

ROCKIES FINISH 3RD AT IHSAA WRESTLING SECTIONAL

The Plymouth Rockie Wrestlers hosted the wrestling sectional Saturday and came away with a third place finish.  Rochester won the 2015 sectional. PILGRIMS COMPETE AT WESTERN GYMNASTICS INVITE

The Plymouth Gymnastics team competed at the Western High School Invitational on Saturday.  The Pilgrims finished in the middle of the pack with their fifth place finish.  As a team, they scored 82.55 points. PILGRIMS HANDLE RAIDER UPSET BID

The Plymouth Pilgrims traveled to Middlebury Friday night to take on the Northridge Raiders.  The Pilgrims came away with an NLC victory 51-45.  The win moves the Pilgrims record to 3-1 in the NLC and 11-3 overall. ROCKIE WRESTLERS HOST IHSAA SECTIONAL SATURDAY

Hall of Fame coach Bob Read and the Rockie wrestlers host the IHSAA sectional this Saturday at The Rock.  Wrestling begins at 9:00 AM. The sectional includes Bremen, Caston, CMA, Culver, Rochester, Tippy Valley, Triton, Warsaw, and Wawasee. BOY’S BASKETBALL DOUBLE WEEKEND ON THE ROAD

PILGRIM SWIMMER KIRK HETTICH QUALIFIES FOR NLC FINALS

Pilgrim swimmer Kirk Hettich qualified for the NLC finals Saturday in two events.  He will swim the 200 individual medley and the 100 fly.  Swimming begins at Concord High School at 9:00 AM.

LADY PILGRIMS BEAT NORTHRIDGE – SECTIONAL DRAW UP NEXT

It was senior night at The Rock and the Plymouth Lady Pilgrim seniors did not disappoint.  The Pilgrims picked up an NLC win over Northridge 50-45. The Pilgrims lead throughout much of the contest but was challenged late by the Raiders.  The Pilgrims jumped out to an 11-0 lead before the Raiders dented the scoreboard. 

LADY PILGRIMS BEAT SB CLAY – HUNTER STEVENS BREAKS RECORD

The Plymouth Lady Pilgrims traveled to South Bend Tuesday night and defeated the Clay Colonials 49-34.  The Pilgrims took the lead early in the second quarter and never relinquished it. Senior Hunter Stevens scored 15 points and pulled down five rebounds.  She broke the school record for career points previously held by Elaine Hessel Sommers

PLYMOUTH SWIMMERS WIN AT TIPPECANOE VALLEY

The Plymouth boy’s swim team won a close meet Monday night at Tippecanoe Valley 75-66. Devin Rogers won the 200 yard freestyle.  Kirk Hettich won the 200 yard medley and the 100 yard butterfly.  Colin Deon won the diving event.  Jacob Hildebrand won the 100 yard breast stroke.
