PILGRIMS FACE SOUTH BEND WASHINGTON FRIDAY NIGHT IN SECTIONAL PLAY

The Plymouth Pilgrims will continue their season Friday night at The Rock when they play host to the South Bend Washington Panthers in sectional semi-final action.  The game will follow the opening game of the night featuring Mishawaka facing off against South Bend Riley.  First game Friday night begins at 6:00 PM. PILGRIM GYMNASTS COMPETE IN IHSAA SECTIONAL

The Plymouth gymnasts traveled to Wawasee Saturday to participate in the 2016 IHSAA Sectional.  The Pilgrims finished in 8th place in the 11 team field scoring 92.225 points. The Plymouth Pilgrims made Senior Night at The Rock exciting but fell short vs the South Bend St. Joe Indians Tuesday night 76-75.  The Pilgrims finish their year at 14-8 with the IHSAA Sectional looming next week. GYMNASTS TRAVEL TO WAWASEE

The Plymouth gymnastics team traveled to Wawasee Tuesday night to compete against the Warriors.  Wawasee won 104-91. Bailey Eveland was the top performer for the Pilgrims finishing in 4th place in the All-Around.  She scored a 29.875.  She was followed closely by Julia Marohn with a 29.35 and Karly Gruett with a 29.3. PLYMOUTH GYMNASTICS MEET CANCELLED THURSDAY NIGHT

Because of inclement weather, the Plymouth gymnastics meet vs. Peru scheduled for Thursday night has been cancelled.  It will not be made up.  The gymnastics team will compete in the IHSAA Sectional Saturday at Wawasee.
