Senior Allie Wright Commits to IUPUI

Senior Allie Wright has committed her future athletic career to the IUPUI Jaguars.  She plans on running track for them. Pilgrim Volleyballers Named Academic All-State

Seniors Libbie Portteus and Haley Harrell were named to the 2014 Indiana High School Volleyball Academic All-State teams recently.  Libbie was named to the 1st Team Academic All-State Volleyball team while Haley was named to the Honorable Mention squad.  Congratulations to these two fine student-athletes!!

Lady Pilgrims Open with Win at Peru

The Lady Pilgrims of Dave Duncan opened their season at the Tig-Arena in Peru Thursday night.  The Pilgrims tamed the Tigers with a 61-32 win.  Senior Kaydon Fosler lead the Pilgrims with 13 points.  Hunter Stevens and Haley Harrell both scored 11 points each.  The JV Pilgrims also picked up their first win defeating Peru

ROCKIES LOSE SECTIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP THRILLER

The 2014 season ended at the hands of the New Prairie Cougars 37-35.  The Rockies trailed 35-16 at halftime before mounting a furious rally in the 2nd half.  New Prairie has knocked the Rockies out of the tournament the last two years.  The Rockies finish their 2014 campaign with a fine 11-1 record.

SECTIONAL 18 FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME TONIGHT!!

The Plymouth Rockies will be playing in the IHSAA Sectional 18 Football Championship game tonight.  Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 at the Rockpile.  The expected temperature at kickoff tonight is 40 degrees with 0% chance of precipitation.  Come out early and enjoy some grilled sandwiches with our Plymouth Athletic Booster Club under the pavilion.

GIRL’S BASKETBALL OPENS UP THURSDAY NIGHT
