GYMNASTS HOST EAST NOBLE, WARSAW SATURDAY

The Plymouth Gymnasts host the East Noble Knights and the Warsaw Tigers in a gymnastics meet Saturday in the Plymouth multi-purpose room.  The doors open at 10:00 AM and action begins at 11:00 AM.  This is one of only two home meets for Plymouth this year.  The other home meet will be on Tuesday, 2/3/15

ROCKIE GRAPPLERS IN NLC @ GOSHEN

The Plymouth Rockies wrestling team will participate in the NLC Championship meet on Saturday at Goshen.  Wrestling begins at 9:00 AM. The Rockies finished second behind Elkhart Memorial in round robin action with a 6-1 record.  The Rockies have two #1 seeds heading into action tomorrow.  They include Zane DeVault (113) and Osman Solis (132). 

SWIMMERS TRAVEL TO CMA

The Plymouth swimmers traveled to CMA Thursday night to fly with the Eagles.  The Plymouth girls were defeated 107-59 while the Plymouth boys lost 102.5-39.5. The 200 yard Medley Relay team of Elizabeth Wickens, Abby Patrick, Jessica Drury, and Lauren Weigand took second place.  Drury won the 200 yard IM.  Lauren Wiegand took second in

TRIO OF ROCKIES NAMED REGION II ALL-STARS

The Region II Football Coaches have named three Rockies to possibly become members of the North All-Star football team.  They include Justin Drudge, Jacob LaFree, and manager Katie Hickman. There are five districts in Northern Indiana.  The three Rockies will be competing against members of those districts to become members of the North All-Star team. 

PILGRIMS TRAVEL TO WAWASEE FRIDAY NIGHT

The Boys of Bales travel to Syracuse Friday night to face the Wawasee Warriors in an NLC contest.  The Pilgrims enter the contest with a 1-1 mark in league play while Wawasee enters the game with an 0-3 mark.  The common opponent both teams have is Northwood.  The Pilgrims were defeated by the Panthers 74-67

ROCHESTER FALLS TO THE LADY PILGRIMS

The Rochester Zebras traveled north on U.S. 31 Wednesday night to face the Lady Pilgrims at The Rock.  The Pilgrims sent the Zebras south with an “L” in the loss column as the Pilgrims prevailed 46-36. PILGRIM SWIMMERS PARTICIPATE AT ROCHESTER

The Plymouth swim team traveled to Rochester on Tuesday.  The girls were defeated by Rochester 137-48 while the boys lost 125.5 -30.5 Gaining 2nd places for the Lady Pilgrim swimmers included: Devin Gritton – 200 yard freestyle, Jessica Drury – 100 yard butterfly, Elizabeth Wickens – 100 yard backstroke, and Lauren Wiegand – 100 yard

ROCKIES WIN FINAL DUAL MEET

The Plymouth Rockies traveled to New Prairie Tuesday night and defeated the Cougars 51-27.  Winning by pin for the Rockies included Zane DeVault(113), Osman Solis(132), Collin Meister(138), Micah Calhoun(145), Marcos Rodriguez(160), Colten Schuler(170), Jacob LaFree(195), and Tyler Milton(285). PILGRIMS TRIUMPH OVER LAPORTE SLICERS

The Boys of Bales completed their weekend sweep at The Rock Saturday night as they defeated the LaPorte Slicers 54-39.  The Pilgrims lead 30-17 at halftime and never looked back in this non-conference affair.
