The Plymouth Lady Pilgrim Swim team moved their record to 2-0 on the year with a win last night at Rochester.  The Pilgrims out swam the Lady Z’s 99-83.

Summer South led the Pilgrim charge with three 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish.  Lucy Keirn finished the night with two 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish.

Raven Gritton had one 1st place finish and three 2nd place finishes.  Marley Houin ended with one 1st place and two 2nd place finishes while teammate Rachel Jacobs added a 1st place and a 2nd place finish.  Charity Harter and Morgan Langfeldt each had a 2nd place finish.

Maggie Bradway lead a sweep in the Diving event finishing 1st.  Madi Hauptmann finished second in the event.

Coach Haley Church added, “Each race mattered in the meet.  Performances to win the 3rd, 4th, and 5th positions made the difference for Plymouth.  This was truly a TEAM victory!”

Girls filling the 3rd, 4th, and 5th positions in the races included Desirae Esquivel, Grace Martin, Kieran Gritton, Kelsey Vanlue, Amaya Ameling, Izzie Wray, and Kyleigh Kara.  Also included here are swimmers Elli Schaller, Celia Richeson, Sophie Wray, Karissa Hall, and Maddy Thangam.

The Lady Pilgrims take their 2-0 record on the road for a second time this week on Thursday night as they travel to Bremen.  Start time is set for 5:30 PM.
