Coach Black and 4 senior basketball players(Mackenzie, Lindsay, Emma & Tallulah) bring it in today’s workout. This workout like the other MWF workouts will work your whole body(Upper, Lower and Core). Coach Black adds a couple of killer core Finisher exercises. Results only come after HARD WORK & CONSISTENT EFFORT towards improvement. Greatness never happens on accident. Put in the CONSISTENT work PHS.
