We Are BIG RED WORKOUTS
Week 2/DAY 6 – June 8, 2020

Coach kicks us off again this week. This week he has 3 senior football players who step and lead through the workout. We have added sprints to conditioning component on Mon/Wed/Fri. The newness has rubbed off for some. Now the real work and grind kicks in. Stay committed. The payoff only happens if deposits are consistently made everyday. Encourage a teammate to join you and hold each other accountable.
We will give away 2 more We Are Big Red T-shirts at the end of the week. Send a short video evidence of each days workout(ie a set of squats or push ups). The T-shirt winners will be selected from a group that completes all 5 workouts for the week and provides evidence of this completion to Mr. Delp(firstname.lastname@example.org).
