Plymouth Tennis was on the road Saturday at the LaPorte Invitational.  In the first match of the day the Pilgrims took down Lowell 5-0.  Kyla Heckaman, Miranda German, and Aubrey Vervynckt won their singles matches.  Mary Beatty/Audie Plothow and Olive Stanton/Sydni Weir all won their doubles matches.

In the championship match, the Pilgrims were defeated by the host Slicers 3-2.  Aubrey Vervynckt won at #3 singles while Mary Beaaty/Audie Plothow won at #1 doubles.

The split on the day moves their reocrd to 12-3.  They travel to Wawasee Monday to finish the NLC.

The JV Pilgrims played in the NLC tourney Saturday at Warsaw.  They finished 2nd behind Concord scoring 16 points.

The only championship won by the Pilgrims was at #1 doubles where Erin Renneker and Kenzie Snyder won.  Avery Christy finished 4th at #1 singles.  Alexa Orozco finished 2nd at #2 singles.  Fernanda Cortes finished 3rd at #3 singles.  Kaylynn Bunton and Sophia Smith finished 7th at #2 doubles.
