The Plymouth Swim teams traveled to Nappanee Tuesday nigh to battle NLC opponent Northwood.  The Lady Pilgrims swimmers won 104-81 while the boys defeated Northwood 103-69.

On the girl’s side, Graci Holm and Ava LoMagro lead the Pilgrims with four 1st place finishes each.  Rachel Jacobs and Paige Young each had three 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish.  Elizabeth Bacon had one 1st place finish and two 2nd place finishes.  Viktoria Vancza and Kate Renneker each had two 2nd place finishes.  Raven Gritton and Stephani Galindo both had one 2nd place finish.

The win moves their record to 1-3 in the NLC and 3-5 overall.

Leading the boy’s swim team to a victory were Alex Vancza with four 1st place finishes and Daniel Stauffer with three 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish.  Hugh Smith had two 1st place finishes and two 2nd place finishes.  Korey Kopetski and Cam Riddle each had two 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish.  Gavin Hartle had one 1st place finish and two 2nd place finish.  Andrew Cashion ended the night with two 1st place finishes.  Taylor Judd had a 1st place and a 2nd place finish while teammates Justin Moser had two 2nd place finishes and Jackson Bougher had one 2nd place finish.

The win moves their NLC record to 1-3 and 1-4 overall.  Next up for both teams is the Wawasee Invitational Saturday.  The event begins at 9:00 AM.
