The Plymouth Pilgrim Softball team hosted Northwood in softball Monday night in Centennial Park.  The Pilgrims dropped the contest to the Lady Panthers 8-1.

Josie Koontz started on the rubber for the Pilgrims.  She pitched into the 5th inning when the Pilgrim defense let her down.  Grace Allmon came in to finish the seven inning contest.

Shayla Noble had the only extra base hit, a double.  Summer Smith added an RBI single in the 6th inning for the lone Pilgrim run.

The Pilgrims host Bremen tonight in their final home contest of the season against Bremen.  It will be a varsity and JV doubleheader for the Pilgrims.  The Varsity game is scheduled to start at 5:00 followed by the season night ceremony.

The JV Pilgrims dropped their game to Northwood 15-6.  Kayleigh Einspahr was the starting and losing pitcher on the night.  Ann Anders had three hits to lead the Pilgrim attack.  Jolie Koontz added a pair of hits.  The Pilgrims had eight hits on the night.
