The Plymouth Lady pilgrim Basketball team put on a shooting clinic Thursday night at The Rock.  The Pilgrims hit 14 three pointers on their way to a 56-29 non-conference win.

The Pilgrims were hot from the start jumping out to an 11-0 lead two minutes into the contest before Triton could call a timeout.  The Pilgrims still lead 17-8 at the end of the first quarter but only lead 22-12 at halftime.

The Pilgrims outscored Triton 20-5 in the third quarter to blow the game open.

As a team, the Pilgrims were 20-35 (57%) from the field including a sizzling 14-21 (67%) from beyond the arc.

Junior Halle Reichard continued her hot streak with 18 points including 6-10 from the three point line.  She has scored 35 points in her last two contests.  She also added four assists during the game.

Senior Allie Andrews was 4-5 from the three point line for 12 points.  She had seven assists and four steals.

The win moves the Lady Pilgrims to 3-2 on the year.  They travel to Valparaiso Saturday.  JV start time is set for 6:30 PM EST.
