The Plymouth Rockies outslugged the Northridge Raiders in an NLC battle at The Rockpile Friday night.  The Rockies ran away from Northridge in the 2nd half and defeated the Raiders 35-13.

Northridge got on the board first and lead at the end of the first quarter 7-0.  The Rockies scored twice in the second quarter to lead 15-7 at halftime.

The Raiders ran a Rockie punt back early in the second half.  They missed their two point conversion try and cut the Rockie lead to 15-13.

From their it was all Rockies as they outscored the Raiders 20-0 the rest of the way.  Jack Barron lead the ground game rushing for 97 yards while Cam Eveland lead the receiving core with 75 yards.  Eveland also had a pick six for the Rockies in the second half.

The win moves the Rockies to 2-0 in the NLC and 4-0 overall.  The 4A #2 ranked Rockies travel to Elkhart Memorial next Friday.  Kick-off is scheduled for 7:00.
