The Warsaw Tigers visited the Friendly Confines of Centennial Park in softball Friday night and went home a winner in a tight contest over the Pilgrims 7-6.
Jillian Smith had two hits to lead the Pilgrims. She also had a couple of RBI’s. Bailey Hatfield also had two hits. Hatfield was the starting pitcher for the Pilgrims with relief help from Hayley Brown.
The JV Pilgrims won their 6th game of the year beating Warsaw 11-10 on a walk-off single by Rachel Hilty. Anna Bockman got the win in relief for the Pilgrims.
The Pilgrims finish their current home stand Monday hosting the Goshen Redskins. Game time is set for 5:00.
